Xource Overview

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily consent such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related.

General permission to use and access and use limitations

This site is provided by Xource. Xource collects information in several ways from different parts of this site and applications.

2. Emails through contact forms or direct emails to Xource
3. Forms on https://xource.com
4. Application Interface Programs (API) requests

Confidential information

Xource considers the following data to be confidential and will never be shared without explicit consent of the user or client with the exception of a subpena by the court:

  • Peronal Information: name, address, phone number, email
  • Digital Information: ip address, email, payment information
  • Other information: any information gather on any call, email, or communication with Xource.

Limitation of liability

Xource accepts the following:

  • Service quotes on https://xource.com: Xource stands behind it's quotes of service provider data based on all data given to Xource and it's partners provided by the service provider.
  • Data Accuracy: Xource refreshes datasets as the data becomes stale or reaches the internal refresh threshold. The refresh threshold triggers a manditory refresh of the dataset.
  • Partners & Clients: Xource does not represent or is represented by any partners or clients listed on https://xource.com and is not responsible for image, statements, and actions by either client or partner.

Client Support

Xource provides the following support:

  • Uptime Guarantee: Xource provides an uptime of 99.999%
  • Support Hours: Sunday - Saturday 6am to 6pm MST
  • Emergency Hours: Available to enterprise clients outside of regular support hours.
  • Days of Operation: 365 days a year
  • Holiday Operation: Client support teams are minimized but available to all clients.
  • Holiday Schedule: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas

Intellectual property

All materials, images, technology, and function are intellectual property of Xource and it's parent entities. Any usage of Xource's intellectual property without prior approval and knowledge will be legally persued.

Security and storage

Some data is stored in the user's browser and some is captured by Xource to help service our clients. Security of our data is of the highest concern to our staff, admins, users and clients. Xource uses the highest standard of security and does not expect any breaches of our network. However things can never be perfect, so we have to make the following statement: any breaches will be posted on https://xource.com within 24 hours of awareness.
