What happens if I go over my API transaction limit?

What happens when you hit your limit will depend how your account is setup. By default if you hit your limit you will receive a message that your api limit has been reached and to contact your administrator. If you contact Xource, your account can be modified to allow overage at a cost per transaction.

When is my monthly limit reset?

On the first of every month.

How can I upgrade/downgrade my plan when needed?

Inside your Xource portal you can manage your API plan however you need. Paid plans require a payment method to be on file.

What is API Throttling?

Throttling is when a API key sends numerous API requeusts in a very brief amount of time. Our free accounts are throttled but our paying clients have no restrictions how they send their API requests.

How are API keys assigned?

Each user on your account is assigned their own API key.
